May be evacuated with a subsequent offer of another living space: (i) workers and servants (along with the persons that live with them) that have discontinued their employment relations with the enterprises, institutions, organisations of the most important branches of the national economy, which offered them the living space, as a result of own initiative discontinuation of the employment relations without justified reasons, or which have been dismissed for breaching the employment discipline or as a result of an offence; (ii) citizens that have received living spaces in the houses of collective farms, if they have been excluded from the collective farm as a result of their own initiative; (iii) citizens that have been deprived of their parental rights, if they live together with their children in relation to whom they were deprived of their parental rights; (iv) parents-adopters, if they have been deprived of the education of the children; (v) other cases.

In addition, several non-Kenyan-owned farms, who did not receive direct assistance, were provided information about MB alternatives included in the project and adopted alternative technologies, contributing to MB phase-out in Kenya.

Such collaboration is also critical to the development of health-protection and food-trade measures that address the food chain from farm to table in a coherent and seamless manner.

It found the government in breach of treaty obligations and directed it to pay compensation and halt further actions against the applicants, case no.2/2007.

However, Israel’s occupation of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, the Syrian Golan, Shaba’a Farms, the Kafr Shuba hills and the northern part of the village of Ghajar in Lebanon prevented the inhabitants of those areas from achieving sustainable development.

The OIC remains deeply concerned by Israel’s ongoing air and land violations of Lebanon’s sovereignty, in breach of resolution 1701 (2006), and calls on Israel to withdraw fully from the remaining Lebanese occupied land in the Shab’a farms, the Kfar Shuba hills and the northern part of Al-Ghajar village.
