In addition to these provisions, decision 413 adds to this list significantly, including the names of individuals and entities involved in nuclear activities in Iran, as well as other high-level members and entities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines and entities which belongto them, are under their control or are acting for them (article 20.1.b).

Accountability includes achieving objectives and high-quality results in a timely and cost-effective manner, in fully implementing and delivering on all mandates to the Secretariat approved by the United Nations intergovernmental bodies and other subsidiary organs established by them in compliance with all resolutions, regulations, rules and ethical standards; truthful, objective, accurate and timely reporting on performance results; responsible stewardship of funds and resources; all aspects of performance, including a clearly defined system of rewards and sanctions; and with due recognition to the important role of the oversight bodies and in full compliance with accepted recommendations.

This enables investigators to identify and gather evidence against both the direct perpetrators of the crimes and the “perpetrators behind the perpetrators” — those senior political, military and paramilitary leaders who, although physically, geographically or temporally removed from the crimes, in fact bear the greatest responsibility.

(k) If any question shall arise at any meeting of the Board as to the materially of the interest of a Director (other than the Chairman of meeting) or as to the entitlement of any Director (other than such Chairman) to vote or be counted in the quorum and such question is not resolved by his voluntarily agreeing to abstain from voting or not be counted in the quorum, such question shall be referred to the Chairman of the meeting and his ruling in relation to such other Director shall be final and conclusive except in a case where the nature or extent of the interest of the Director concerned as known to such Director has not been fairly disclosed to the Board.

The Group is required to estimate the future cash flow of the asset or the cash generating unit and select the appropriate discount rate to calculate the present value of the cash flow.

(C) Subject to any special terms as to voting upon which any shares may be issued or may for the time being be held, on a show of hands every Member who is present in person at a general meeting of the Company shall have one vote, and on a poll every Member who is present in person or by proxy shall have one vote for every share held by him.
