The annual and interim results of the Group are announced in a timely manner within the limits of four and three months respectively after the end of the relevant periods.

Since the last periodic report (1995) on the implementation of the Convention, the following 28 States have become party to the Convention: Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Honduras, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Paraguay, Portugal, Republic of Moldova, Rwanda, Serbia and Montenegro, Seychelles, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Uruguay, Uzbekistan and Zimbabwe; of those 28 States the following 16 States have joined the Protocol: China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Panama, Paraguay, Republic of Moldova, Serbia and Montenegro, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Uruguay.

This generally implies that no information or personal data may be made available or published, particularly in the media, that could reveal or indirectly enable the disclosure of the child’s identity, including images of the child, detailed descriptions of the child or the child’s family, names or addresses of the child’s family members and audio and video records.

With regard to alimentation education methods, there is a constant information on the consumer of agricultural and food products through the means of publication of the legal provisions on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, broadcasting information on the radio, TV stations about the provisions of the Law No. 105-XV from 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, which comprises international regulation principles of the respective sector, formation of the Coordinating Council in the filed of protection of consumers by the Government, with the provisions of the Law No. 231-XVI from 20.07.2006 on identification and registration of animals, which ensures traceability of life stocks and of products of animal origin.

But in general, if a region has large polluting firms and that region relies on them for tax revenue and employment opportunities, the local EPBs are hesitated to disclose their records of environmental violations etc (Li 2011b).
