发生於 1961 年（昭和 36 年），地点在新泻县阿贺川流域，污染源为昭和电工会社鹿濑工场，致命物质同样是汞（水银化合物），受害者症状大体上与熊本水俣病相似，另有关节痛、末梢神经症状等。
