It implements the functions of collecting large data from QAR (Quick Access Recorder) and FDR (Flight Data Recorder) on the plane, analyzing flight data, parameter and warning message by data model, replaying 3D flight video with 3D flight simulation engine, and providing analysis result of performance and cost, all supported by a strong guarantee for operation and flight safety.

The objectives of the programme are to: upgrade technological security features of travel documents; implement the ICAO Minimum Security Standards for Handling and Issuance of Machine-Readable Passports and other Travel Documents; enhance capacities and improve cross-border cooperation in detecting and preventing the use of fraudulent and counterfeit travel documents; and reduce the possibility of such loss and stolen passports being used for terrorist and other criminal purposes by implementing the commitment to report lost and stolen travel documents to INTERPOL and facilitating real-time use of INTERPOL databases by first-line border control and other law enforcement officers.

To this end, the report reviews the performance of the internal and external audit activity, the oversight/audit committees, and the implementation of the single audit principle; it assesses the interrelationship between the various audit entities and their relationship with the management and legislative/governing bodies; it identifies trends, gaps and duplications and it highlights lessons learned and best practices to be replicated in order to enhance the coherence, credibility, efficiency and effectiveness of the audit function system-wide.

It should be noted, however, that Albania could not be considered in non-compliance with the TCA control because it had not ratified the London Amendment at the time of writing and therefore the control measures for Annex B are not yet applicable to Albania.

These include the importance of a holistic approach to education that recognizes the interdependency of the different levels and settings of education and the contribution of each of them towards the achievement of the education for all goals; the need to bolster attention to the quality of education in the wake of relative success in increasing access; and the need to continue promoting the principles of a culture of peace through education as a means of building more just, tolerant and sustainable societies.

Specific activities that assisted countries in relation to terrorism targeted at food products included: (a) capacity-building (training courses, projects) concerning food safety, animal and plant health, including promotion of risk analyses and developing base-level capacity to ensure national ability to monitor, diagnose, report and respond to pest and disease outbreaks; (b) the standard setting work of the Codex Alimentarius Commission and the International Plant Protection Convention; (c) the establishment of a Food Chain Crisis Management Framework for prevention, early warning, preparedness and response to food chain crises caused by transboundary animal and plant pests and diseases, food safety threats and emergencies, as well as nuclear and radiological threats and emergencies; and the organization of international forums to discuss biological risk management in relation to food and agriculture.

Save as disclosed above, as at the Latest Practical Date, the Directors are not aware of any other person who had an interest or short position in the Shares or underlying Shares of the Company which would fall to be disclosed to the Company under the provisions of Divisions 2 and 3 of Part XV of the SFO, or who was, directly or indirectly, interested in 10% or more of the nominal value of any class of share capital, or options in respect of such capital, carrying rights to vote in all circumstances at general meetings of any other member of the Group.
