Republic of Moldova adopted a list of normative acts that regulate the migration processes, the status of foreign citizens and stateless persons present on the territory of the country: Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova (art. 454–456) and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova (Fifth part), Law on migration, Law on the status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Moldova, Law on the status of refugees, Law on departure and entry in the Republic of Moldova, Rules on stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Moldova, Government Decision on temporary employment of migrant workers, Regulations on education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova.

Namely, they are allowed to perform the work in Poland for a period not exceeding six months, within 12 months without the work permit, after receiving an appropriate legal document which permits the worker to stay in Poland.

Resource conflicts can be avoided and transport users will not have to suffer from fuel price shocks; (b) reduced traffic congestion, air pollution and noise will have a positive impact on the environment and human health; (c) reduced land demand by preventing urban sprawl and giving preference to semi-dense mixed-use neighbourhoods; (d) enhanced visibility and acknowledgement of cities that demonstrate leadership in establishing sustainable and modern low-carbon transportation systems that increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of cities and attract top business corporations, highly qualified workers and employees to the country; and (e) cities and countries that achieve mitigation beyond baseline scenarios will be able to gain access to emission certificates and carbon-related funding schemes, pending future climate change agreements.

Focus will be set on policies that governments may implement to legally empower the poor, and enhance the capacity of billions of informal workers and entrepreneurs to fully benefit from and contribute to the market economy.

(g) What measures have been taken to increase the identification of migrants, migrant workers and their families who have experienced violence, including during smuggling, as well as to increase investigations and prosecutions resulting from allegations of violence against migrants, migrant workers and their families?
