Should the Working Group decide to include this paragraph, in the Rules, it may wish to consider where it should be located (i.e. in draft article 1 or elsewhere) and that business parties may have different sets of contact information for different purposes.

The Working Group may wish to note that UNCITRAL texts do not contain a definition of “calendar” days, however article 2(6) of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, deals with extensions of time when the last day of a period of time is an official holiday or non-business day and provides that official holidays or non-business days occurring during the running of the period of time are included in calculating the time period.
