(f) Consider it significant that the aforementioned reports highlight the binding FAO Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing, which establishes minimum standards for the adoption of effective port State measures, as one ofthe major achievements since the 2006 Review Conference.
