(v) Also in granting the request, the Meeting noted, as Eritrea has made it clear that external support based on equal partnership is necessary for implementation, the importance of Eritrea developing as soon as possible resource mobilisation strategies that take into account the need to reach out to a wide range of national and international funding sources.
