Malay Peninsula
- a peninsula in SE Asia separating the Indian Ocean from the South China Sea. It extends approximately 1,100 km (700 miles) southwards from the Isthmus of Kra and comprises the southern part of Thailand and the whole of Malaya (West Malaysia).马来半岛（把印度洋和中国南海分隔开的东南亚半岛, 自克拉地峡向南延伸将近1,100公里, 即700英里, 包括泰国的南部及整个马来亚, 即西马来西亚）。
