Kellogg Pact
(亦作Kellogg-Briand Pact)
- a treaty renouncing war as an instrument of national policy, signed in Paris in 1928 by representatives of fifteen nations. It grew out of a proposal made by the French Premier Aristide Briand (1862-1932) to Frank B. Kellogg (1856-1937), US Secretary of State.凯洛格公约(1928年由15个国家的代表在巴黎签署的放弃把战争作为国家政策工具的公约; 源自法国总理阿里斯蒂德·白里安[1862-1932]向美国国务卿凯洛格[1856-1937]提出的一项建议)。
