International Telecommunication Union

- an organization whose purpose is to promote international cooperation in the use and improvement of telecommunications of all kinds. Founded in Paris in 1865 as the International Telegraph Union, it became an agency of the United Nations in 1947.国际电信联盟（旨在促进国际电信使用及发展全面合作的组织, 1865年创建于巴黎, 前身为国际电报联盟, 1947年成为联合国一机构）。
