Shatt al-Arab
/ˈʃætəlˈærəb/- a river of SW Asia, formed by the confluence of the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers and flowing 195 km (120 miles) through SE Iraq to the Persian Gulf. Its lower course forms the border between Iraq and Iran.阿拉伯河(西南亚一河流, 底格里斯河和幼发拉底河汇合后的干流, 经伊拉克东南部注入波斯湾, 全长195公里, 即120英里, 下游河道是伊拉克和伊朗边界)。
