Fine Gael
/ˌfiːnəˈgeɪl, 〈爱尔兰〉 ˌfʲinʲə ˌgeːl/- one of the two major political parties of the Republic of Ireland (the other being Fianna Fáil). Founded in 1923 as Cumann na nGaedheal, it changed its name in 1933. It has advocated the concept of a united Ireland achieved by peaceful means.爱尔兰统一党(爱尔兰共和国两大政党之一[另一政党为共和党], 1923年成立时名为盖尔人同盟, 1933年更名, 提倡以和平方式实现爱尔兰的统一)。
