Faraday
/ˈfærədeɪ/- Faraday, Michael (1791-1867), English physicist and chemist. He contributed significantly to the field of electromagnetism, discovering electromagnetic induction and demonstrating electromagnetic rotation (the key to the electric dynamo and motor).
