World Federation of Trade Unions

- an association of trade unions founded in 1945, with headquarters in Prague. In 1949 most of the representatives from non-Communist countries withdrew and founded the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions; the WFTU is now composed largely of groups from developing countries.世界工会联合会（建于1945年, 总部设在布拉格; 1949年大多数非共产主义国家的代表均退出该联合会并建立了国际自由工会联合会, 现在会员主要为发展中国家）。
