East Bengal
- the part of the former Indian province of Bengal that was ceded to Pakistan in 1947, forming the greater part of the province of East Pakistan. It gained independence as Bangladesh in 1971.东孟加拉（原印度孟加拉省的一部分, 1947年被割让给巴基斯坦, 构成当时东巴基斯坦省的大部分; 1971年独立, 称为孟加拉国）。
