Burma Road
- a route linking Lashio in Burma to Kunming in China, covering 1,154 km (717 miles). Completed in 1939, it was built by the Chinese in response to the Japanese occupation of the Chinese coast, to serve as a supply route to the interior.滇缅公路（连接缅甸腊戍和中国昆明的公路, 全长1,154公里, 即717英里, 1939年完工, 日军占领中国沿海地区的时候, 为保证内地供应, 中国人修建了此公路）。
