Brunelleschi
/ˌbruːnəˈleskɪ/- Brunelleschi, Filippo (1377-1446), Italian architect; born Filippo di Ser Brunellesco. He is especially noted for the dome of Florence cathedral (1420-61), which is raised without the use of temporary supports.
