Primo de Rivera
/ˈpriːmɔːðeriːˈverɑː, 〈西〉ˌprimo ðe riˈβera/- Primo de Rivera, Miguel (1870-1930), Spanish general and statesman, head of state 1923-1930. He assumed dictatorial powers after leading a military coup.
