Polyclitus
/ˌpɒlɪˈkliːtəs/- (5th century BC) , Greek sculptor, known for his statues of idealized male athletes. Two Roman copies of his works survive, the Doryphoros (spear-bearer) and the Diadumenos (youth fastening a band round his head)波利克里托斯(公元前5世纪, 希腊雕刻家, 因其理想化的男运动员雕塑而闻名, 其保留迄今的罗马复制作品有《荷矛者》和《束发的运动员》)。
