Narbonne
/nɑːˈbɒn, 〈法〉naʀbɔn/- a city in southern France, in Languedoc-Roussillon, just inland from the Mediterranean; pop. 51,996 (2006). Founded by the Romans, it was the capital of the province of Gallic Narbonensis.
