Moldavia

- a former principality of SE Europe. Formerly a part of the Roman province of Dacia, the principality came under Turkish rule in the 16th century. In 1861 Moldavia united with Wallachia to form Romania.摩尔达维亚（旧时位于欧洲东南部一公国, 曾为罗马达契亚省一部分, 16世纪开始由土耳其统治, 1861年与瓦拉几亚联合组成罗马尼亚）。
