Moabite Stone
- a monument erected by Mesha, king of Moab, in c.850 BC which describes (in an early form of the Hebrew language) the campaign between Moab and ancient Israel (2 Kings 3), and furnishes an early example of an inscription in the Phoenician alphabet. It is now in the Louvre in Paris.摩押石碑(约公元前850年由摩押王麦撒竖立, 上有早期希伯来文记录的摩押和古以色列之间的战事[《列王纪·下》第三章], 是腓尼基文字早期碑铭之一, 现存巴黎卢浮宫)。
