黄色笑话，也叫咸湿笑话、色情笑话、有味笑话、荤笑话等，即带有色情成份的笑话。讲黄色笑话的行为称为开黄腔。
唐朝诗人李白曾经在唐玄宗天宝元年（742年）供奉翰林。有一次玄宗因酒酣问李白说：「我朝与天后之朝何如？」李白曰：「天后朝政出多门，国由奸幸，任人之道，如小儿市瓜，不择香味，惟拣肥大者；我朝任人如淘沙取金，剖石采用，皆得其精粹者。」玄宗听后大笑不止；这很明显的是一则黄色笑话，耻笑武后雅好巨大阳具面首。《笑林广记》的《破雨伞》、《张仁封》也是很典型的黄色笑话。中国相声里的黄色笑话也称作“荤段子”，在传统相声中很常见。
