Pyridoxine/doxylamine (Returning to the US market as Diclegis; formerly Bendectin in the US; Debendox in the UK; Lenotan and Merbental in other countries and currently available in Canada as Diclectin) is a combination of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) and doxylamine succinate prescribed for the management of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy or morning sickness.
