执事，也叫助祭（英语：deacon，其任职身份称为diaconate），属于基督教神职之一，其词源于希腊语的「diakonos」（帮手之义）。在中国天主教一般被称作执事或六品。在基督教新教中也有叫执事，另一种说法叫会吏。在传统的三级圣品制（主教、司铎、执事）中处最低。
