甲状腺肿（又称甲状腺肥大、大脖子病、粤语俗称大颈泡）指甲状腺发生肿胀，而此往往亦会引发颈部及声带肿胀。甲状腺一般重15至25克，然而肿大的甲状腺可成长至1公斤。
甲状腺肿大一般与甲状腺疾病有关。90%的甲状腺肿皆源于碘缺乏病。
