哥打巴托市（英语：Cotabato City）是菲律宾棉兰老岛的一个城市，名义上是棉兰老穆斯林自治区的区域中心，但实际上属于SOCCSKSARGEN大区马京达瑙省的飞地，西面为莫罗湾。创建于1520年，下辖37个镇。该城的基督徒和穆斯林时常发生武装冲突。

Cotabato City, officially the City of Cotabato (Malaysian: Kota Batu; Cebuano:Dakbayan sa Cotabato; Hiligaynon:Dakbanwa/Syudad sang Cotabato; Filipino:Lungsod ng Cotabato; Spanish:Ciudad de Cotabato), is one of the independent component cities located in Mindanao, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 271,786.
