公证行（又写作公证行、公正行或检验公司）是一种第三方公司，专门受委托检查及核实物品的状况，为有争拗的双方进行公正的评估。公证行与委托人没有经济利益关系。公证行有很多种，每种都有各种不同专业认识，例如有些会专责出入口检证，有些会协助买卖两边做证，有些会为保险公司或政府机关做事，而商品检验、国际认证（如：ISO）则是多数人对公证行较为熟悉的业务。

目前全球跨国性前八大公证行分别是Nemko、SGS、Bureau Veritas(BV)、TUV SUD、Intertek Testing Servies(ITS)、DNV-GL、UL及TÜV Rheinland，而上述公司在全球各地（包含台湾、香港及大中华）皆设有据点。
