小鳞犬牙南极鱼（学名：Dissostichus eleginoides；英语：Patagonian toothfish）为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目南极鱼亚目南极鱼科的其中一种，体长可达215公分，为深海鱼类，可做为食用鱼。生活在温度约1～4 °C（34～39 °F）的45米（148英尺）到3,850米（12,630英尺）的大西洋、太平洋和印度洋海域以及南大洋的海底山和大陆架附近。 小鳞犬牙南极鱼, 也称为智利海鲈鱼 （Chilean Sea Bass）, 而在纽约 华人超市出售的这种鱼都称为“桂花鱼”。而且价格很贵，每磅冰冻的桂花鱼高达18-20美元。这种鱼之所以如此贵重，一是因为产于深海而无污染；二是没有其它鱼常见的细鱼刺，只有一根脊椎骨；三是肉质白而嫩，吃起来口感爽滑，味道极为鲜美。因此堪称世间罕见的“美味佳肴”。
