Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood

The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood (CBMW) is an evangelical Christian organization promoting a complementarian rather than egalitarian, feminist or patriarchal view of gender issues. CBMW's current president is Dr. J. Ligon Duncan, III, who is also the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Jackson, Mississippi. In January 2013, Dr. Owen Strachan of Boyce College was named Executive Director.
