布鲁氏菌病，又名地中海弛张热、马耳他热、波浪热(undulant fever)、波状热，是一种人畜共通传染病，由布鲁氏杆菌属引致。

这种细菌可寄宿绵羊、山羊、猪和牛等动物，在自然生态环境中适应力较强。患者通常透过接触受感染动物的分泌物，或进食受污染的肉类或奶品而受感染，而在牧场或屠房等地方工作的人士，受感染风险会较高。人与人接触的传播较罕见。其病征与流行性感冒相似。马有被牛传染的可能性，猫在实验室里证实了可以受到感染，但没有病征。
