Voznesensk (Ukrainian:Вознесенськ) is a city in Mykolaiv Oblast (region) of Ukraine and the administrative center of Voznesensk Raion (district). Administratively, it is incorporated as a city of oblast significance and does not belong to the raion. Population: 35,843(2015 est.) In 2001, the city's population was 42,634.
