曼西人（俄语：Манси），旧称“沃古尔人”（俄语：Вогуличи），是西伯利亚西部，鄂毕河流域的原住民族。

曼西人分布在乌拉尔山以东的鄂毕河流域，即俄罗斯联邦秋明州的汉特-曼西自治区及其周边地区，也分布在秋明州。根据俄联邦2002年的人口统计，总人口数量为11432。各地曼西人的人口数据如下：
