短鲔（学名Thunnus obesus），俗称大目鲔，又叫短墩、大目串、大眼金枪鱼，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲭亚目鲭科的其中一种，被IUCN列为次级保育类动物，分布于全球热带至亚热带海域，栖息深度可达250公尺，体长可达250公分。为大洋性洄游鱼类，属肉食性，以鱼类、头足类等为食，是可食用的鱼类之一，在日本，常做成生鱼片。参见鲔鱼。
