松质骨，亦称疏松骨，是形成骨骼的两种骨组织之一，另一种为密质骨。

相较密质骨来说，松质骨的密度更小因而表面积更大。因此更加柔软、灵活，也更适于新陈代谢活动（例如钙离子的交换）。松质骨常见于长骨的末端、接近关节处以及脊椎中。松质骨中有密集的血管，经常含有红色骨髓。其基本单元是骨小梁。
