托坎廷斯河（Rio Tocantins）为巴西的一条河流，发源于戈亚斯州的阿尔马斯河，向北流经戈亚斯州、托坎廷斯州、马拉尼昂州、帕拉州，注入帕拉湾。全长2,640公里。“托坎廷斯”意为“犀鸟嘴”。支流有阿拉瓜亚河等。上游有托坎廷斯国家公园。

The Tocantins River (Portuguese pronunciation: [tokɐ̃ˈtʃĩs], [tukɐ̃ˈtʃĩs]) is a river in Brazil, the central fluvial artery of the country. In the Tupi language, its name means "toucan's beak" (Tukã for "toucan" and Ti for "beak"). It runs from south to north for about 2,450 km. It is not really a branch of the Amazon River, although usually so considered, since its waters flow into the Atlantic Ocean alongside those of the Amazon. It flows through four Brazilian states (Goiás, Tocantins, Maranhão and Pará) and gives its name to one of Brazil's newest states, formed in 1988 from what was until then the northern portion of Goiás.
