Thymoglobulin

Thymoglobulin (manufactured by sanofi) is a rabbit anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin preparation commonly used for induction therapy in kidney and heart transplant patients. It may also be used in the treatment of acute allograft rejection, particularly when corticosteroids are ineffective in reversing the rejection.
