坦皮奥袍沙尼亚（意大利语：Tempio Pausania listen；Gallurese: Tèmpiu, 萨丁尼亚语：Tèmpiu），又译恬沛，是意大利撒丁尼亚北部奥尔比亚-坦皮奥省的一个小镇，人口有1.4万人。当地亦是奥尔比亚-坦皮奥省的行政中心所在地。盛产葡萄。
