高槻市是日本大阪府北部的城市。目前是中核市。该市夹处两个政令指定都市大阪市和京都市之间，市章也融合了这两个市的设计。

市区东西狭长，南北较宽。芥川从市中心流过。北部为北摂山地。主要的山有ポンポン山、三好山（みよしやま）、黒柄岳（くろがらだけ）、明神ヶ岳（みょうじんがだけ）、高ヶ尾山（たかおさん）、阿武山（あぶやま）がある。市区的三分之一为山地和森林。

Takatsuki(高槻市,Takatsuki-shi) is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan.

At the 2010 census, the city had a population of 353,881 and a population density of 3,360 persons per km². The total area is 105.31 km².

The city was founded on January 1, 1943, and is located almost directly between Kyoto and Osaka. Due to the convenience of being 13–15 minutes away from Kyoto and Osaka by train respectively, the city has developed exponentially during the last 20 years. It is a commuter town, with people commuting to both Kyoto and Osaka.
