水洞区（朝鲜语：수동구）是朝鲜民主主义人民共和国咸镜南道的一个郡级区，位于道的最南部。东邻江原道，西邻平安南道。西枕北大峰山脉。河流有金野江、德池江等。面积788.15平方公里，2008年人口95,716人。下分6洞、14里。
1952年设郡。1974年被并入高原郡，1990年设区。当地在1918年发现煤矿。

Sudong District is a district in South Hamgyŏng province, North Korea. It was formed from part of Kowŏn County in December 1990.
Sudong is the site of a major coal seam first discovered in 1918. The P'yŏngra Line of the Korean State Railway passes through the district.
