Subpoena duces tecum

A subpoena duces tecum (pronounced /səbˈpiːnəˌduːsəsˈteɪkəm/) (or subpoena for production of evidence) is a court summons ordering the recipient to appear before the court and produce documents or other tangible evidence for use at a hearing or trial.
