圣罗伦斯海道（英语：St. Lawrence Seaway；法语：la Voie Maritime du Saint-Laurent）是一系列连接大西洋至北美五大湖的运河、船闸和航道，以圣罗伦斯河为名。海道全长3,700公里（2,300英里），东起加拿大魁北克省蒙特娄和朗基尔，西至威兰运河在伊利湖的出口并包含该运河在内，船只并可从此处一直航行至苏必略湖的尽头（即五大湖的极西端）。美加约四分之一人口居住在其流域以内。

海道的圣罗伦斯河旁分段共设有七个船闸，当中两个由美国方面营运，其余五个则归加拿大方面营运；而威兰运河及其沿线的八个船闸则全坐落加拿大境内。海道在加拿大境内的设施由圣罗伦斯海道管理公司（Saint Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation）营运，而美国境内的设施则由圣罗伦斯海道发展公司（Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation）管理。

The Saint Lawrence Seaway (French:la Voie Maritime du Saint-Laurent) is a system of locks, canals and channels in Canada and the United States that permit ocean-going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes, as far inland as the western end of Lake Superior. The Seaway is named for the Saint Lawrence River, which flows from Lake Ontario to the Atlantic Ocean. Legally, the Seaway extends from Montreal, Quebec, to Lake Erie and includes the Welland Canal.
