任天堂开发第一部（任天堂开発第一部，Nintendo Research and Development 1，简称R&D1）是日本电子游戏公司任天堂最早的开发团队。其在任天堂进入电子游戏产业时创立，原R&D1由横井军平担任部长。开发团队创立了数个任天堂知名系列，如银河战士、敲冰块、光神话和瓦里奥大陆。

任天堂R&D1和硬件开发商Intelligent Systems创建了紧密关系，最初在数个项目中合作。早先有误解任天堂R&D1员工离职去Intelligent Systems工作，但实则不然。开发团队逐渐缩小，一些资深员工退休或去Creatures等任天堂合作公司，最知名的是田中弘和和松冈洋史。

Nintendo Research and Development 1(任天堂开発第一部) (R&D1) was Nintendo's oldest development team. Its creation coincided with Nintendo's entry into the video games industry, and the original R&D1 was headed by Gunpei Yokoi. The developer has created several notable Nintendo series such as Metroid, Zelda, Tetris, Mario Bros., and Donkey Kong.
