南安普敦（英语：Southampton，读音： /ˌsaʊθˈhæmptən/），亦称修咸顿，英国英格兰东南区域汉普郡的港口城市，南、西南临索伦特海峡，拥有城市地位，英格兰的单一管理区，人口228,600，面积51.47平方公里。

南安普敦是滨海城市，东、西、北被汉普郡包围：东北、东、东南与伊斯特利区相邻，西与新福里斯特区相邻，西北与泰斯特河谷区相邻。

南安普敦以港口贸易和轮船制造而闻名。南安普敦自中世纪时期已是英国城市之一，13世纪造船业己出现于南安普敦。虽然时至今日英国制造业日渐式微，南安普敦依然是英国主要港口，有多条豪华邮轮航线，并拥有多个货柜码头。

Southampton (/saʊθˈæmptən, -hæmptən/) is the largest city in the ceremonial county of Hampshire on the south coast of England, and is situated 75 miles (121 km) south-west of London and 19 miles (31 km) north-west of Portsmouth. Southampton is a major port and the closest city to the New Forest. It lies at the northernmost point of Southampton Water at the confluence of the River Test and River Itchen, with the River Hamble joining to the south of the urban area. The city, which is a unitary authority, has an estimated population of 253,651. The city's name is sometimes abbreviated in writing to "So'ton" or "Soton", and a resident of Southampton is called a Sotonian.
