滑膛枪砲（Smoothbore）是一种身管内壁没有膛线的火器。人类最早期发明的火砲都是滑膛前装砲，也就是不具有膛线、并需从炮口方向进行火药与砲弹装填的火砲设计。由于早期的滑膛炮炮弹与炮膛间密合不平整，火药燃气易外泄，除火药推力减小造成射程近与杀伤力减弱外，射击精准度也不佳，因此逐渐被之后发明的线膛炮所取代。但到了近代由于机械制造的工艺进步解决了精准度不足的问题，滑膛砲反而因为砲弹不会因自旋导致能量的损失，与发射时砲管损耗较小而重新获得重视，而成为迫击砲和无后座力炮的主要使用设计。

A smoothbore weapon is one that has a barrel without rifling. Smoothbores range from handheld firearms to powerful tank guns and large artillery mortars. The majority of shotguns are smoothbores and the term can be synonymous.
