亚历山大·塞维鲁（Alexander Severus，208年10月1日－235年3月18日，出生于今黎巴嫩，被杀于今德国美因茨），原名马库斯·朱利乌斯·格修斯·巴夏努斯·阿勒夏努斯（Marcus Julius Gessius Bassianus Alexianus），登基后他自己全名称马库斯·奥雷利乌斯·塞维鲁·亚历山大（Marcus Aurelius Severus Alexander），是罗马帝国塞维鲁王朝的最后一个皇帝，222年至235年在位。

亚历山大·塞维鲁13岁时被比他大四岁的表兄埃拉伽巴路斯确定为自己的继承人，次年他登基。他毕生主要受他母亲莫米娅（Julia Avita Mamaea）的影响。莫米娅是当时罗马帝国的真正统治者。他死后塞维鲁王朝就无嗣灭绝了。

Severus Alexander (Latin:Marcus Aurelius Severus Alexander Augustus; 1 October 208 – 19 March 235) was Roman Emperor from 222 to 235. Alexander was the last emperor of the Severan dynasty. He succeeded his cousin Elagabalus upon the latter's assassination in 222, and was ultimately assassinated himself, marking the epoch event for the Crisis of the Third Century — nearly fifty years of civil wars, foreign invasion, and collapse of the monetary economy though this last part is now disputed.
