黑莓公司（英语：BlackBerry Limited，前称Research in Motion (RIM)，意为「行动研究」），是加拿大的一家通信公司。由Mike Lazaridis与Douglas Fregin共同创立，总部位于加拿大安大略省的滑铁卢市。主要产品为手提通讯设备黑莓手机，QNX操作系统，及黑莓企业通信系统（BlackBerry Enterprise Server）。其保安性能为产品的主要特点。消费者较为熟悉的黑莓手机，曾经是北美最受欢迎智能手机，广为行政人员爱戴。但在苹果及谷歌加入竞争后，市场占有率已被抛离。

BlackBerry Limited, formerly known as Research In Motion Limited (RIM), is a Canadian telecommunication and wireless equipment company best known to the general public as the developer of the BlackBerry brand of smartphones and tablets, but also well known worldwide as a provider of secure and high reliability software for industrial applications and mobile device management (MDM). QNX, a subsidiary of BlackBerry, is widely recognised as a leader in automotive software industry. BlackBerry's software and hardware products are used worldwide by various government's agencies and by car makers and industrial plants throughout the world, much of this activity being unseen by the public. The company is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. It was founded by Mike Lazaridis and Douglas Fregin in 1984. Fregin later left the company. In 1992 Lazaridis hired Jim Balsillie, and Lazaridis and Balsillie served as co-CEOs until January 22, 2012. In November 2013, John S. Chen took over as CEO. His strategy is to subcontract manufacturing to Foxconn, and to focus on software technology.
