比欧（Bëor the Old，第一纪元262-355），比欧族领袖，于第一纪元305年进入贝尔兰（Beleriand），是首个进入贝尔兰的人类。他遇见芬罗德·费拉刚（Finrod Felagund），芬罗德·费拉刚指导比欧居住在多瑞亚斯以东的伊斯托拉德（Estolad），比欧又于纳国斯隆德（Nargothrond）效力芬罗德·费拉刚。比欧即是「属下」的意思，其称号「the Old」是指比欧在世的93年里，其中44年是效力芬罗德·费拉刚。
